Leasing Pro is a trading name of Vans Northwest Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Vans Northwest Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for consumer credit activities and insurance distribution.

We are a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association (BVRLA) and operate in accordance with their Code of Conduct.

We act as a credit broker and vehicle broker. We are not a lender or finance provider.

2. Our Services

We are an independent credit broker working with a selected panel of funders.

Our services may include:

• Preparing and supplying vehicle and finance quotations
• Introducing you to a suitable finance provider
• Acting as your agent in sourcing a vehicle
• Arranging ancillary products (e.g. maintenance, insurance, fleet services)

Some services we provide are not regulated by the FCA. Where this applies, you will be informed clearly in advance.

3. Website Use

Our website is intended for UK residents only.

Information on our website is provided for guidance purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, all offers, finance examples, prices and vehicle specifications are subject to confirmation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website and accept no liability for downtime, unauthorised alterations or third‑party content.

Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under applicable law or regulation.

4. Pricing and Quotations

Prices, finance examples and offers are subject to change due to:

• Manufacturer pricing
• Funder approval
• Interest rate changes
• Vehicle availability

If an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify you as soon as possible.

All prices are in GBP:

• Consumer prices include VAT
• Business prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated

5. Vehicle Specifications and Images

Vehicle specifications and images are provided by third‑party data providers.

Images are illustrative only. You should satisfy yourself as to specifications, features and suitability before placing an order.

6. Finance and Vehicle Supply

Any finance agreement is a separate contract between you and the finance provider.

Vehicle supply is also a separate contract between you and the supplying dealer, even where we act as your agent.

We cannot be responsible for decisions taken by finance providers or suppliers.

7. Our Remuneration

We may receive commission or other benefits from a finance provider where you enter into an agreement.

You are entitled to request information about the commission we may receive.
A copy of our Commission Disclosure Policy is available on request.

8. Cancellation Rights

Your cancellation rights differ depending on the service provided.

• If you are a regulated consumer, you may have 14 days’ right to cancel the supply of our regulated services.
• Cancellation after this period may result in a fee, as disclosed in your Information Notice / Initial Disclosure Document.
• Vehicle suppliers may also apply cancellation charges, which you will remain responsible for.

9. Conflicts of Interest

We operate procedures to identify and manage conflicts of interest.

Where a material conflict arises, it will be disclosed to you before proceeding.
A copy of our Conflicts of Interest Policy is available on request.

10. Treating Customers Fairly & Consumer Duty

We are committed to acting in your best interests and delivering good customer outcomes.

This includes:

• Clear, fair and transparent communication
• Fair handling of complaints
• Transparency of remuneration
• Respecting confidentiality

We are required to verify your identity under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended).

Credit searches may be undertaken by finance providers as part of their assessment.
