Commission Disclosure Policy for Customers

1. Introduction

We earn income from:

  • Introducing customers to our carefully selected panel of funders;
  • Supplying vehicles; and/or
  • Providing ancillary goods and services.

If you are a consumer, sole trader, or small partnership, and your use of our services results in a Consumer Credit Act-regulated agreement, you have a legal right to request disclosure of any commission we receive.

2. Purpose of Disclosure

We are required to disclose commission where it may:

  • Affect our independence and create a potential conflict of interest when recommending suitable products;
  • Act as an undue incentive to recommend a specific product; or
  • Have a material impact on your decision as a customer.

Disclosure ensures transparency and allows you to make informed choices. Our commission disclosure information can be found at the bottom of our order forms.
