Head of Business

Lester has been a key part of the Vans Northwest & Leasing Pro team since January 2023, bringing with him many years of experience within the vehicle industry. As Head of Business, he plays a vital role in shaping our commercial strategy, supporting the team, and ensuring our customers receive a professional, transparent, and reliable leasing service.

Adam Eburne

Sales Manager

Adam joined Vans Northwest in February 2022, bringing with him a strong background from the Volkswagen network. As Sales Manager, he specialises in camper conversions and leisure vehicles, while also overseeing sales activity across Leasing Pro. Adam’s broad industry knowledge and hands‑on approach help ensure customers receive expert guidance and a consistently high level of service.

Heather Winstanley

Office Manager

Heather joined Leasing Pro in September 2021 with the remit of building and managing the company’s administration and vehicle processing functions. Following her promotion to Office Manager in April 2024, she now oversees operational activity across all brands, including Leasing Pro and Vans Northwest. Heather plays a central role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and a consistently high standard of service across the group.

Rich Morris

Leasing Sales Executive

Rich joined Leasing Pro in June 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from both the broker and dealer sides of the motor industry. As a Leasing Sales Executive, he takes a hands‑on approach to managing and monitoring deals, ensuring each customer receives a smooth, well‑managed leasing experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Leasing Sales Executive

Tom joined Leasing Pro in March 2026, bringing with him many years of experience within the vehicle broker sector gained at another established brokerage. As a Leasing Sales Executive, he supports customers through the full leasing process, applying his industry knowledge to ensure deals are handled efficiently, accurately, and with confidence.

Sales Administrator

Danielle joined Vans Northwest and Leasing Pro in June 2025 and predominantly supports the Leasing Pro team. As Sales Administrator, she plays a key role in facilitating all administrative work throughout the sales journey, ensuring that deals progress smoothly from initial order through to delivery with accuracy and efficiency.
